Terms & conditions
Last modified 22 August 2026 · Operated by SnaptureX Solutions FZC LLC
The short version
A venue photographed you and handed you a card. Entering the code on that card opens the photographs it belongs to, and lets you download and share them. We run the platform that holds them. You paid the venue, not us — this site takes no payment. These terms set out what each of us is responsible for.
This summary is here to be read, but it is not a substitute for the sections below. Where the two differ, the sections below are what applies.
1. Who we are
SnaptureX is operated by SnaptureX Solutions FZC LLC, a free zone company registered in Ajman Nuventures Centre Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, under commercial licence number 262423988888, with its registered office at Office BC-889096, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, we, us and SnaptureX mean that company.
2. The words we use
Venue means the attraction, park, ride operator or event that photographed or filmed you and issued your code. Venues are independent businesses. They are our customers, not our agents.
You, or guest, means the person using this site to collect photographs.
Claim code means the code printed on the card you were given, whether you type it or reach it by scanning the QR square.
Media means the photographs and video frames captured at a venue and made available through this site. Album means the collection of media your claimed codes open.
Service means this website and everything it does: claiming codes, viewing and downloading media, and sharing a frame.
3. Accepting these terms
You accept these terms by entering a claim code, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service. If you do not accept them, do not use it — contact the venue instead, which can deal with your photographs directly.
Read these terms with our privacy policy. Whatever the venue told you when it sold you your photographs is a separate agreement between you and that venue, and these terms do not change it.
4. Age, and photographs of children
You must be 18 or over to hold a SnaptureX account. If you are under 18, a parent, guardian or other responsible adult must claim the code and hold the account on your behalf, and by doing so they accept these terms for both of you.
Family photographs regularly include children, and that is expected. If you claim a code for photographs that include a child, you confirm you are that child's parent or guardian, or are acting with their permission. If a child's photograph is here without that permission, email us and we will remove it.
5. Claim codes
A claim code works like a ticket: it belongs to whoever holds the card. We cannot tell who is entering a code, so treat the card the way you would treat a cloakroom ticket and do not post a photograph of it publicly. Once a code has been claimed to an account, the media it opens stays in that account.
Codes are case-insensitive. A code that will not resolve is usually a character read wrong, or an upload from the ride that has not finished — the help page covers both. If it still fails, the venue can look up your visit from the date and the ride.
You may claim as many codes as you hold, and they collect in the same album. You may not guess, generate, buy or otherwise obtain codes you were not issued.
6. Your account
Where accounts are enabled, an account is an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself, use one you do not use elsewhere, and tell us if you think someone else has reached your album. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you do.
Give us an email address you actually control. It is how you get back into the account, and how we reach you if there is a problem with your photographs.
7. Your album, and how long it lasts
Media you have claimed stays in your album until you remove it or ask us to close your account. Media nobody claims is deleted 14 days after it was captured — so collect what you want rather than assuming it will wait.
A venue may also ask us to remove media it captured, and we will act on that request. We will not remove media you have already claimed except where the law, a rights complaint or a safeguarding concern requires it.
8. What you may do with your photographs
Copyright in the media stays with SnaptureX or the venue that captured it, depending on the arrangement between us. What you get is a licence, and it is a generous one.
For every frame your code opens, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use it for personal and family purposes: keep it, print it, put it in an album, post it to your own social accounts. That licence cannot be transferred, and it is not exclusive to you — other people photographed in the same frame have the same rights to it.
The licence does not cover commercial use. Without our written permission you may not sell, license or syndicate the media, use it in advertising or to promote a business, enter it into a competition on someone else's terms, or supply it to a stock library or an AI training dataset. If you want to use a frame commercially, ask us — it is usually a straightforward yes.
Do not remove or obscure any watermark, credit or embedded metadata, and do not present the media as your own work.
9. Sharing a frame
Sharing a frame produces a signed link to a page showing that one frame. Anyone holding the link can open it without an account, so send it only to people you meant to send it to. Links expire, and we can invalidate outstanding links if we have to.
Sharing to WhatsApp, Facebook or any other platform hands your photograph to that platform under its terms, not ours. What it then does with the image is outside our control, and we cannot recall a picture once it has been posted.
10. Money, and who you paid
This site does not take payment. Whatever your photographs cost, you paid the venue for them at the time of your visit, and the album's job is to hand over the files you have already bought. We will never ask you for card details here, and no page of this site will ask you to pay for a download. If something claiming to be SnaptureX asks you to, it is not us — tell us.
Because you did not pay us, anything about price, receipts or a refund is between you and the venue you visited. What we owe you is access: if a file will not download, is corrupt, or is not the frame it should be, tell us and we will fix it. Your rights under UAE consumer protection law, or under the law of your own country where that applies, stand whatever this section says.
11. What we cannot promise
We cannot promise that a photograph was taken, that it came out, or that everyone in your party is in it. Cameras miss, ride timing varies, and a frame can be unusable. Where nothing was captured under your code there is nothing for us to deliver, and we will say so.
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for a failure at a supplier, or for reasons outside our control. We may change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces what you get, we will give reasonable notice.
12. Things you must not do
Do not try codes you were not given, or automate attempts against the code entry. Do not scrape the Service, bypass a signed link, or reach media by any route other than the one the site gives you. Do not probe, overload or interfere with the Service or the systems behind it, and do not upload anything malicious.
Do not use the Service to harass, identify or track another person, and do not claim a code in order to obtain photographs of someone who did not want you to have them.
13. Suspending or closing an account
You can close your account at any time by emailing us from the address on it. We will delete the account and the media claimed to it, keeping only what we are required to keep by law.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe was opened on stolen codes, or where the law requires it. Except where there is a serious breach or a legal obligation, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right, and we will give you a reasonable opportunity to download the photographs in your album before it closes.
14. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Venues are independent businesses. We are not responsible for how a venue photographs its guests, for what it charges, or for its conduct on its own premises.
15. Your personal data
What we hold, why we hold it, who else sees it and how to have it removed are set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we collect what is needed to get your photographs to you, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use your photographs to advertise anything.
Being photographed at a venue is a matter between you and that venue, which is responsible for telling its guests that photography is taking place. Once media reaches SnaptureX, we handle it as the privacy policy describes.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes, or as the law does. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last modified. If a change materially affects you we will say so here before it takes effect. The licence in section 8 over photographs you have already downloaded is not affected by a later change to these terms.
17. Law, and where a dispute is heard
These terms are governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates and the law of the Emirate of Ajman, together with the regulations of Ajman Nuventures Centre Free Zone. The courts of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep any right you have under your own law to bring a claim in your local courts.
Talk to us first. Most complaints are a missing frame or a failed download, and are resolved the same day.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up. These terms are between you and us — nobody else can enforce them.
